The idea behind the project:
Solidarity in extraordinary times for our colleagues, friends and business partners!
Probably none of us thought such a situation was possible just a few weeks ago. The complete shutdown of non-system relevant services is probably unique and presents us with ALL the unprecedented challenges. In order to protect our society, the measures that have been taken and those that are still to be expected are certainly necessary and sensible. So how can we accept the situation, while not forgetting that the freelancers and small business people will not go under. Especially the short-term loss of liquidity must be prevented! We have thought about this and, within the scope of our possibilities, have developed the project #handsforartists ...toast. But in order to implement it successfully and to secure liquidity for as many artists and studios as possible, we have to go this way together and need your help.
The project is designed as pro bono, all vouchers are paid directly by the customer and without detours to the tattoo studio or the artist.We would be very happy if we could go this way together and promote the project together in the next few days.
How do I redeem the voucher?
Why should I buy a voucher?
Many companies whose services you used before the crisis and which were naturally part of your everyday life are currently facing seemingly insoluble problems. Often these are small companies that now do not have the possibility to live/survive on large reserves.
By buying a voucher (in the amount of your choice) for a service that you know you will need in the future anyway (tattoo appointment, haircut etc.), you directly support the people and companies affected. We all want that the companies & artists are still there for us after the crisis.
Who is behind the action?
Behind the idea are people who want to set an example, in order to be there for each other in the COVID19 crisis in a solidary and uncomplicated way.
Help for self-help and the conviction that the state alone cannot face such a crisis is the motivation behind this project.
Even if it is only a small help and probably can't solve nearly all problems, it can be a contribution to partially employ employees or to cover non-waivable rental costs. Furthermore it is also a psychological component, as a sign among each other, between customer and artist. Customer loyalty of a special kind. In good and bad times!
The campaign was initiated by TattooMed and implemented by BFC Markenagentur and supporters from the tattoo and creative industry.

We store 0.0 personal data from you. We use Google Analytics to see who is visiting each page and how we can improve the campaign. That's it!
How much is the voucher value I buy?
You can easily enter the value of your voucher yourself after clicking on the Paypal button. This way you can determine how much value you need and if necessary you can also buy vouchers from different companies & artists.
Who receives the amount of the voucher value I buy here?
100% of the value of your voucher purchase goes directly and without detours to the Paypal account of the respective company or Arists.

What happens if the company/artist can no longer offer the service after the crisis?
Of course, there is a certain risk that individual companies/entrepreneurs will not be able to get through the crisis economically and may not be able to offer their services immediately or in the same way afterwards.
This is exactly what we want to prevent together with the action #handsforartists and we hope that we, together with you, can contribute a part to the preservation of the individual companies, artists and freelancers.

The voucher purchase takes place directly between the seller and buyer.
The platform handsforartists.com only establishes the contact between buyer and seller.
Please contact the seller directly via Instagram, email or phone before buying a voucher to clarify open questions or rules for redeeming the voucher.
